These are the rarely seen old house hardware parts that got
thrown out after the furnace
got converted from coal to oil. They typically were mounted
above the furnace up stairs
often on the wood work of the pocket doors between the parlor
and living room. You can
easily detect where they used to be by the one two or three
pencel size holes in the floor
below where they used to be. I have many other types that could
be made inquire. The
odd looking one here holds a chain and ring in 3 positions with
one hole in the floor. this
