The above picture is veiwing the side edge of the drawer if the sides
were missing .the round eye is where the handles would go threw . To
get a tighter instlation read fine tuneing note also look at 4th
picture above here from the left . The angle should actually be a little more angeled out .This
is an old drawing and from much experiance the short tips should be
kicked out about an 1/8" from what you see in drawing 4 above . That
will make for a good tight inst.
SOME OF THE ABOVE INFO IS OUT DATED REGARDING THE OLD STRAP SIZE
NUMBER
SYSTEM
IF YOU ARE ORDERING STRAPS WITH YOUR HANDLES NO MORE INFO IS NEEDED BY
ME .
IF YOU ARE ORDERING STRAPS FOR EXISTING HANDLES A GOOD WAY TO DESCRIBE
THE SIZE
WOULD BE TO SELECT A DRILL BIT THAT IS THE DIAMETER YOU WANT. THEN JUST
LET ME KNOW HOW WIDE YOU WANT THE EYE TO BE .AS FAR AS COLORS CURRENTLY
AVAILABLE WOULD BE BLUED THAT LOOKS BLACK GRAY OR BROWN RUST OR FERRIC
BROWN OR BRIGHT BURNISHED .TRADITION WOULD BE BLUED BLACK.

THE 608 NOTE IS TO EXPLAIN THE REASONS WHY THE STRAPS ARE NOT TO BE
MIXED UP .SINCE SOME OF THE HANDLES WERE ORIGINALLY HAND FORGED
THE AXELS ARE NOT PERFECTLY CENTERED . SO ON THOSE ONES THE BACKPLATES
HAVE BEEN CUSTOM SLOTTED OFF CENTER TO CENTER THE HANDLE .SO MIXING THE
SETUPS FROM THE FACTORY WOULD OR COULD MAKE THE HANDLE BE OFF CENTER
AND LOOK BAD .
